Free Membership
In recognition of the fact that many countries across Asia are currently classified as “developing countries”, PACRA has adopted the approach that membership should be free. This approach is in alignment with our philosophy to reach out to as many individuals as possible and so emphasise that income status should not be a factor that prevents membership.
